Fees & Payments
All consultation fees are payable at the time of your appointment via debit card, credit card or cash.
A cancellation fee applies for any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice. This includes both appointments with our own clinical team and any secondary care or third-party consultations.
Ad Hoc Patients
For non-members and ad hoc bookings, full pre-payment is required to confirm your consultation. This covers the appointment fee only. Any additional costs – such as prescribed medications, diagnostic tests or medical treatments – will be invoiced separately following the consultation.
Members
For members, all consultation fees and approved additional charges are added to your monthly invoice. This includes medications, investigations and treatments arranged as part of your ongoing care.
Use of Non-Medical Information
We may share your non-medical personal data—such as billing and payment information—with third parties involved in the processing or collection of accounts. This may include agents, payment processors, or other parties engaged to manage financial administration on our behalf.
In all such instances, The Mayfair General Practice takes appropriate measures to safeguard your personal information and ensure it is handled responsibly.
