Before founding The Mayfair GP, Dr Kaushal spent eight years working across a range of medical disciplines—from Paediatrics and General Medicine to A&E, Psychiatry and Gastroenterology. This broad foundation shaped her clinical perspective and deepened her understanding of how to care for patients with varied and often complex needs.
The Mayfair General Practice was founded with a simple aim: to deliver medical care that is not only clinically excellent, but also deeply personal and responsive to modern life.
Having grown up abroad, Dr Kaushal understands the challenge of navigating fragmented healthcare systems. That perspective shaped her vision for a practice that combines the values of traditional GP care with concierge-level service—supporting patients from first contact through to recovery and beyond.
